Strengthening India’s Economic Resilience

Speaking to a large audience, PM Modi stated, “No matter how much pressure comes, we will continue to grow stronger. The Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan is gaining momentum from Gujarat, reflecting two decades of sustained effort and dedication.” He highlighted India’s ongoing commitment to economic independence, urging citizens to remain confident in the government’s ability to face international trade challenges.

Standing Against Protectionism

The Prime Minister criticized global policies driven by economic self-interest, noting that India will not bow to unfair protectionist measures. He reassured citizens that India will continue to prioritize its people’s welfare while responding strategically to foreign economic pressures.

Support for Farmers, Entrepreneurs, and Small Businesses

PM Modi directly addressed farmers, small business owners, cattle rearers, and local entrepreneurs, promising that their interests are a top priority for his government. “From the land of Gandhi, I assure you again and again: your welfare comes first. My government will ensure that no harm comes to small businesses, farmers, or livestock rearers,” he said.

Promoting ‘Made in India’

The Prime Minister also referred to his Independence Day speech, emphasizing the importance of supporting swadeshi products and domestic industries. By promoting homegrown goods, Modi reinforced India’s drive toward self-reliance and economic strength in the face of external pressures.

Protecting National Interests

Modi emphasized that India will stand firm in protecting its farmers, fishermen, and livestock rearers. “We will remain firm against any policy that threatens our agricultural and rural communities. Protecting our citizens and their livelihoods is non-negotiable,” he said, signaling a strong and united national stance.
